Prompt, attentive service at an affordable price. Every time I spoke with Bob I felt like my job was a priority to him (although they’ve been relatively small). The glass repairs were surprisingly quick and they look great now. I shopped around for quotes and Dixon Glass was the clear choice, other companies in their area couldn’t beat his prices or his prompt service. We’ve had him replace several windows now in our home. Not only is he excellent at what he does, Bob is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Bob @ Dixon Glass is great! I called him about a window that I couldn’t open easily (possible broken spring) and some screen windows with bent frames that needed straightening and new screening material.
Bob responded immediately and within hours my window was fixed and screens redone. He took the 6 screens off, took them back to his shop, and was back within an hour to reinstall. They were perfect!
